It can be vulnerable to invite a therapist into your relationship, but many of us can benefit from having a third party help us to unpack and restructure what’s going on in our partnership.

How It Works

Drawing on Emotion Focused Therapy or EFT, I guide couples in exploring the co-created dynamics of their partnership. I use a trauma-informed attachment lens to conceptualize the relationship and bring awareness to how partners relate to one another. By shining light on the emotional undercurrents beneath conflict, we’ll practice healthier ways of responding to each other so you can grow closer with empathy and understanding.
