Your Questions, Answered With Care

  • In our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other. You’ll share what brought you in, I’ll share more about the way I work, and we’ll clarify goals for treatment together. It’s a supportive space where you can begin to feel comfortable, heard, and build awareness of your experience.

  • I kindly ask for 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, and after that charge my full session fee for missed or late canceled appointments. This allows me to offer the time to someone else who may be waiting and maintain the sustainability of my practice.

  • Everyone’s journey is unique. Some clients choose weekly sessions, while others find bi-weekly or monthly meetings more manageable. We’ll discuss your goals and schedule to figure out the frequency that best suits your needs.

  • Some people see positive changes with short-term, focused work, while others benefit from a longer-term approach. We’ll regularly check in on your progress and overall well-being to decide the duration that feels right for you.
